Hotel Accommodations

Hotel rooms are blocked at the Myrtle Beach Sheraton Hotel under the name “Benjamin and Edith Spaulding Descendants Association Family Reunion 2024” as follows:

- Hotel Rates: Standard Double or King – $229 (Traditional) per night, plus all applicable tax, Deluxe Room - $239 per night, plus all applicable tax, Junior Suite - $289 per night, plus all applicable tax and Executive Suite - $339 per night, plus all applicable tax and. 2-night minimum required. Suite rates are based on availability.

- Room Guarantee: Individual room reservations must be made directly with the hotel by attendee(s).

- Room Cancellation Policy: Individual room cancellations require 72-hour notice or a one night’s room and tax will be charged. Should an attendee cancel a reservation, refund of the deposit and/or cancellation fees will be in accordance with the general policy of the hotel at that time.
