The Benjamin and Edith Spaulding Descendants Association, Inc. (BESDA, Inc.) was established on March 1, 2003 to serve as our business entity through which the family could conduct reunion and family scholarship activities. Our Articles of Incorporation are on file with the Office of the Secretary of State of North Carolina.
