Margaret Lewis-Moore departed this earthly life on Saturday, February 6, 2010. Born on November 13, 1954, Margaret was the daugther of the late Downey Woodrow and Marths Jane Lewis. She was one of seven children (one of whom died in infancy). A long time educator with the Robeson County School System and other local education sytems. In addition, to teaching throught out the years she was on the Bladen County Board of Education and was a Bladen County Commissioner. Margaret is survived by her husband, Travis Marion (Cotton Tail) Moore.; three sons, Patrick Lewis (Gail) of Lumberston, NC and Marc and Micah Moore of the home; and a host of relatives, friends and professional acquaintances who live in all parts of the county.
