Fred B. Spualding, Sr, 72, of Forked River passed away at his home on Sunday December 26, 2010. Born in Cape May Court House, NJ, Fred lived in Summit, NJ prior to moving to Forked River, NJ in 1969. Fred served in the US Marine Corps during peacetime and received an honorable discharge. He was a self-employed carpenter for over 30 years prior to retiring. Fred is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Eulalia Spaulding, his brother Millard Spaulding and sister Marian Davis. Fred is survived by wife, Edith of 49 years, his sons Fred Jr (Cheryl) of Cape May Court House and Bart (Gladys) of East Stroudsburg, PA. Also two daughters Brook and Beth Spaulding of Forked River, NJ and siblings Angie Spaulding, Cora Clark, Delores Spaulding, Beverly Spaulding-Stevens and Larry Spaulding. As well as two grandsons Fred III and Andrew Spaulding and a granddaughter Rachael Bautista. Also several cousins, nieces and nephews.
